Las Vegas has plenty of options for Asian cuisine, but you can’t go wrong with Tao Asian Bistro, which recently celebrated its 16th anniversary in the city. The restaurant draws a mix of guests, some coming for the stellar menu, and others who are there to party the night away in the nightclub, which really starts rocking after dinner ends.

In the restaurant, try such goodies as Peking duck spring roll with hoisin sauce; bamboo steamed vegetable dumplings (super colorful); Chilean sea bass satay, avocado tempura (avocado is fabulous when hot), honey glazed salmon or the Tao Angry Dragon roll with eel and kabayaki sauce. If you are dining with a bunch of folks, definitely get it all family-style so everyone can sample. The desserts rock, too, and Tao’s giant white chocolate fortune cookie is an Instgram dream.

In the popping nightclub, find bottle service and specialty cocktails, plus a different DJ practically every weekend, including E-Rock on Worship Thursdays, Greg Lopez on Friday and DJ Five on Saturday this week.
