Bobby Flay’s restaurant empire continues to grow and thrive in Las Vegas, and fans of his food can now enjoy it at Paris with the opening of Bobby’s Burgers. It joins the ever-growing brand, which also has outposts at Harrah’s and Caesars Palace.
Fans already familiar with Flay’s franchise will be thrilled to discover that not only is the core burger lineup intact, Flay has added breakfast items! That means you can now get the brunch burger, featuring a fried egg on a brioche bun with American cheese and bacon, or the breakfast bacon sandwich, a brioche bun topped with soft scrambled eggs, American cheese, Bobby’s signature sauce and potato chips.
Those same chips also find their way onto several Flay classics, including the Crunchburger, in which a traditional burger gets a layer of chips. For a real flavor treat, try the Bobby blue + bacon burger, topped with blue cheese and bacon, or the nacho burger, topped with hot queso and pickled jalapeños. There’s also a veggie burger with barbecued mushrooms, chickpeas, quinoa, lettuce and tomato.
