Estiatorio Milos makes a fabulous escape, with an extensive raw bar, a beautiful bar and even a yogurt room. Recently, the Greek restaurant featured its Winemakers Table Dinner, which explores a different topic each month. Attendees learned about the indigenous grapes of northern Greece while enjoying a five-course prix fixe menu of Maryland crab, lobster and filet mignon, plus loup de mer. At each event, sommeliers offer up history and educate customers about different varietals and flavors of wine. If you are planning a May trip to Vegas, you may want to keep an eye out for the May dinner.

The bar is a great place to sample wine, but you can also take advantage of the mid-day menu, which includes caviar, oysters, cured fish and raw fish such as loup de mer, with the raw bar tasting being the best way to try a variety. That menu is only available at the bar from 3-5 p.m. Don’t forget signature craft cocktails like the Sippin’ Pretty, with brut rose, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon and grapefruit, or a seasonal one like the peach fizz, with Grey Goose White Peach & Rosemary vodka, Taylor’s Falernum and peach purée.
