Did you have to choose between Paris and Las Vegas on your latest trip? Well, don’t worry. Michael Mina’s bistro resembles a fancy 1920s café in the City of Lights (a moniker Vegas shares, deservedly), with dark woods and plenty of glass.

The menu features French favorites as well as selections from other cuisines, and you can choose to come for brunch for even more options. Some of the notable appetizers to begin with include prime steak tartare, escargots, and oeufs mimosa—deviled eggs with caviar.
Entrées include classics such as a croque madame, the Bardot Wellington and a whole, stuffed loup de mer. The three-pound Mediterranean sea bass is served with asparagus, fava beans and morels and easily serves two. To try several dishes in one night, order La Fête Royale, a chef’s tasting for the table, which spans four courses.
