When it comes to elegant dining rooms, there are few establishments in town that come close to Genting Palace at Resorts World Las Vegas. This gorgeous space is accented with a brilliant jade green wall inset with niches for vases at the entrance, with large tables flowing across the carpeted space.

The menu presents a good variety of traditional yet elevated Chinese dishes that harmoniously marry flavors, from braised bird’s nest soup, containing Alaska crab and minced Chinese ham, to Peking duck, served with Hoisin sauce, cucumber, scallions and crepes.

Crispy crab rolls, shrimp spring rolls and vegan spring rolls will get you off on the right path for dinner here. One thing to note as you peruse the menu for an entrée is that vegan dishes, the chef’s signature items and spicier selections are noted with a special icon, making them easy for everyone to find.

Genting Palace offers dim sum, with a platter featuring har gow, siu mai, mushroom dumplings and black truffle dumplings, while seafood ranges from Australian spotted grouper to Alaska king crab and Maine and Australian lobster. But there’s more, from several sea bass preparations to stewed whole Australian abalone.

Spicy kung pao chicken and Cantonese-style crispy chicken are accompanied by prawn crackers, while steamed minced Kurobuta pork is accented with salted fish. Really go over the top with the wok-fried A5 Japanese wagyu beef tenderloin with a signature black pepper sauce.

Vegetarians have two great options for their main dish, Sichuan vegan mapo tofu and Sichuan vegan Impossible meat.

The fried rice dishes capture a wide range of flavors and seasonal ingredients—try the truffle crab meat fried rice with butternut squash, egg scallion and broccoli. Noodle dishes include Malaysia style kway tiao with Chinese sausage, Singapore-style curry fried vermicelli and the mild vegetarian fried rice.

The six-course tasting menu here features several intriguing dishes like the wok-fried beef tenderloin. To get the most from the meal, do opt for the wine pairing.
