For decades, one of the premier dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip has undeniably been Mon Ami Gabi, a French restaurant that checks all boxes—stunning views of the Bellagio fountains, consistently award-winning food, impeccable service and a gorgeous dining room. Odds are many frequent visitors to Las Vegas have already enjoyed a meal here, but this month, a repeat visit is practically mandatory.

To celebrate its 25th year on the Strip, Mon Ami Gabi’s executive chef, Vincent Pouessel, has created a prix fixe menu, available only during the month of September. The four-course menu includes truffle baked brie, loup de mer with crispy pork belly, a duo of braised beef flat iron and tenderloin, and Hood River Cherries Jubilee for dessert, all for $98 (not including gratuity). For an additional $35 per person, you get sommelier-selected wine pairings for each course.

In addition, on Sept. 19, Mon Ami Gabi hosts a 25th anniversary dinner starting at 6:30 p.m., featuring a five-course menu that includes truffle and foie gras pate en croute, vol-au-vent of burgundy escargots, lobster-stuffed Dover sole duglere, Snake River Farms beef rib cap and strawberries briand lemon tuile. The price is $150 per person and includes expertly paired wines.

Also, all month long Mon Ami Gabi is participating in Paris Las Vegas’ #ForeverinParis sweepstakes, offering gift cards as part of the prize package. Visit @ParisVegas on Instagram for complete details.
