Take it to the roof— Chéri Rooftop, that is, a super-chill outdoor restaurant sitting under the legs of the Eiffel Tower replica at Paris Las Vegas.

Chéri Rooftop has one of the most pleasant patios around, with couches and chairs in a garden-esque environment charmingly arranged to encourage maximum conversation, and the Strip and the Fountains of Bellagio provide a more-than-impressive backdrop.
You’ll find both brunch and dinner service here, with enough French-inspired dishes to satisfy any longing. And Chéri Rooftop’s brunch really rises above the rest. For starters, it’s available every day of the week (seriously, why can’t it be that way everywhere?) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. And all your brunch classics are here, plus a few genuine surprises.
Start your experience with a mimosa, your choice of seasonal fresh juice topped with champagne. Chéri’s version comes in both a single serving and all you can drink. We definitely recommend the latter, as it is a far better bargain, and you’re definitely going to want seconds! Then move to the appetizers section, which is practically bursting with options like a classic Cobb salad, steak tartare, fresh fruit and shrimp cocktail. But Chéri has added delights like pastrami candied bacon, served with hot Dijon sauce, petite greens and focaccia crouton, and grilled blueberry bread, served with cream cheese, blueberry syrup, berries and mint. Soooo decadent.

Entrée highlights here include omelettes (four choices, ranging from wild mushrooms and blue crab to linguica sausage and bacon), eggs Benedict, croque madame and buttermilk pancakes. But for something definitely off the beaten path, order the Chéri Burger, made with ground wagyu and layered with havarti cheese, black garlic aioli, truffle and arugula and served with oh-so-good duck fat fries. And speaking of meat lovers, you can’t go wrong with the steak frites, a 10-ounce flatiron steak, with maître d’ butter, watercress and hand-cut fries.
For dessert, choose from lemon curd cheesecake, served with blueberry jam, candied lemon zest and shaved white chocolate, vanilla crème brulee with fresh berries and Valrhona devil’s food cake served with chocolate mousse and hazelnut-praline sauce.
If you do choose to have dinner here, start with a warm baguette with French butter, chives and a sprinkling of Maldon salt. It’s the butter that really makes this bite. Duck lettuce wraps with five-spiced duck, served with hoison and sambal, wild mushroom cigars with a yuzu crème fraîche, and oysters on the half-shell or Rockefeller-style will pique your taste buds. Follow that with a classic appetizer like French onion soup, served here with caramelized onions, port wine, black truffle and Gruyère. The French classic of escargot is served with a strong garlic herb butter, and grilled Caesar and Cobb salads might even serve as a main for smaller appetites.
Main courses range from lobster ravioli and pappardelle Bolognese with slow-cooked ragu to Ora King salmon and oxtail bourguignon, served with bacon lardons, pearl onions and roasted garlic pommes purée. Pair them with sides like creamed or sauteed spinach or tartiflette for two, potatoes gratin made with Reblochon cheese, bacon, onions and riesling.
