It’s that time of the year when a warm lunch or dinner wouldn’t go amiss, and at Famous Foods Street Eats in Resorts World Las Vegas, you will find tons of options with global flavors that are sure to satisfy. (Hours and days vary.)

For a steaming bowl of pho, head to Famous Pho, where you can get rare beef, fatty brisket or a third that combines both plus beef ball, with rice noodles and sides of Thai basil and bean sprouts. Other great bowls come from Geylang Claypot Rice, with chicken, beef and mushroom (perfect for vegetarians) options; Harajuku Ramen, with tonkatsu broth, chashu (pork belly), scallions, corn, wood-ear mushrooms, butter, nori and nitamago (boiled egg). You can also build a bowl with any of those ingredients or add on more.

Wu Zhang Artisan Noodles gives you the choice of either thin noodles with minced pork gravy or wide noodles with braised beef; and Kura Kura Pa features teriyaki bowls with beef, chicken, shrimp and salmon. You can get a side of kimchi for a little extra spice. And Googgleman uses charcoal-fired stoves to achieve a little smoky flavor on the noodles fried with a combo of ingredients from Chinese sausage to crispy pork.

If you aren’t in the mood for a hot bowl, try a piled-high burger from Burger Barn; barbecue brisket, ribs, pulled pork or burnt ends, plus smoked Gouda mac and cheese from Blood Bros Texas Barbecue; street tacos from Michos Tacos in grilled chicken, carne asada, el pastor or lengua; fish and chips from Han’s; gyros and falafels from Yaya’s; and Nashville-style hot chicken from Streetbird.

And if you don’t want hot food at all, you’ll find sushi at Nori Bar and salad options at Salad Jack’s. You’ll find beverages to accompany your meal at each kiosk, and at Tiger Sugar, which showcases its renowned Black Sugar Boba. Center Bar has a cool self-pour and automated beer system to explore.

For dessert, check out the items at the center stall, Sweet Eats, which has a giant Lucky Cat looming over. Get ice cream, pastries, candy apples and other treats.
