One of the most dynamic spaces in Las Vegas has to be Eataly Las Vegas, a glorious representation of an Italian street-scape, complete with food hall, marketplace and several bars and restaurants, perfect for a relaxed morning or evening.
If you are a morning bird (or even an early afternoon bird), check out Caffè Lavazza for a quick, amazingly delicious coffee and a breakfast sandwich, or pastries from La Pasticceria & Venchi.

If you can wait until 11 a.m., check out the Bottomless Mimosa and Bellini Weekends at La Pizza & La Pasta every Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer. In addition to your meal, enjoy bottomless mimosas from the Italian producer Canella, whose Granriviera Mimosas and bellinis are available from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. for 90 minutes for $35 per person. The Granriviera Mimosa is delicious, with lovely citrus tones perfect for the midday. It’s a drink that seems to fit in perfectly with Vegas sensibilities, something that Alvise Canella pointed out during a recent introductory party for Eataly Bar. “The weather here in Vegas is too hot, and I’m drinking something fresh, as this shield, with some ice. I think we’re great for Vegas.” And great for Eataly Las Vegas. Canella’s bottled mimosas and bellinis are all crafted with prosecco from the family’s Italian vineyard, using fresh fruit, including oranges from the Sicilian village Ribera, known as “the city of oranges,” and bergamot. “We are prosecco producers, so we guarantee on the prosecco side. And then we find something very special, very particular, in the Italian fruits.”
At La Pizza & La Pasta, brick ovens dominate the décor, with pizzas in a variety of styles sending their fragrance throughout. Munch on such items as focaccia Palermitana with pecorino Reggiano and anchovies; and mortadella with pistachio pesto (open for lunch and dinner).
In La Cucina del Mercato, stand-alone counters serve up fresh options like the tagliatelle alla Bolognese at La Pasta Fresca with house-made pasta and a pork and beef ragu; meatballs at Le Polpette; slices of Roman-style pizza at La Pizzeria; and meats and cheeses at La Salumeria. At La Carne e Il Pesce, find skewered chicken, beef (Spiedini di manzo) and shrimp, plus large plates of grilled branzino and ribeye. No matter which item you order, scope out a seat while it is cooking.

There are several bars inside Eataly, like the new Eataly Bar, offering a ton of seats, a tree in the center and plenty of cocktails and food. Order one of those Granriviera Mimosas, wine, a beer or an espresso martini to go along with a variety of pizzas like the margherita al padellino.
For a sophisticated night, head to Toscana Ristorante & Bar, where channeling Tuscany is the goal, and where most entrées on the menu have a sommelier-recommended pairing, like the gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Mutti tomatoes, house-made mozzarella and basil paired with Terlaner cuvée. The Fiorentina, billed as the classic Tuscan cut, is a 42-ounce porterhouse grilled over a wood fire, recommended to be consumed with a Mocenni 91 cabernet sauvignon. To cap off the night, enjoy the semifreddo al cocco, a creamy frozen coconut morsel with passion fruit curd and a coconut meringue.
