Brezza at Resorts World Las Vegas continues its legacy as one of the go-to destinations on the Strip with an exclusive, one-night-only dinner featuring premium bourbons paired with four courses, all under the watchful eye of Sazarac master blender Drew Mayville.

The dinner, which will begin at 6 p.m. on March 12, is a collaboration between Brezza’s executive chef Nicole Brisson and beverage director Wayne Herman. Tickets are $225 plus taxes and gratuity (and you must be 21 and over). The four courses include:

• 24-month Galloni prosciutto with Russian kale, apples, pears and gnocco frito, paired with 1792 Aged 12 Years bourbon.

• Mixed mushroom lasagna, caramelized onions, fontina and thyme, paired with E.H. Taylor Jr. small-batch bourbon.

• Cape Grimm New York strip, Buffalo Trace ristretto, mascarpone mash and glazed acorn squash, paired with A. Smith Bowman cask-strength bourbon.

• Bourbon chocolate cake, candied guanciale and candied blood orange, paired with Thomas S. Moore sherry cask finished bourbon.
