Start your meal with the creamy and delicious street corn dip. Made with jalapeños, Fresno peppers, cotija cheese, Parmesan, lime and cilantro, and served with corn chips, this app conjures all the yumminess of elote, but with an extra kick from the Fresno peppers.
Of course, you can get a few variations on the standard burger here, including the Backyard Burger with American cheese and the works or the Viva Vegas Burger, a plant-based version, but the specialties are where Ramsay’s creativity really shows. Order the Idiot Burger to savor braised short rib, Gruyère, cheddar, roasted mushrooms and spicy tomato chutney on a fluffy brioche bun.
If beef isn’t the vibe, try the Cluck Yeah G.F.C. Sandwich and indulge in the über-umami version of a standard fried chicken sandwich. Find crispy, golden fried chicken, tangy pickled red onions, crunchy red cabbage slaw and G.F.C. sauce sandwiched between a pretty, pink brioche bun.
You might think this is the perfect spot to hit up before a night of revelry, which it is, but you also need to stop in the morning after for a brunch burger like none other. Order the Full English Breakfast Burger for a stacked take on the traditional meal, piled high with an English banger patty, bacon, mushrooms, a fried egg, roasted tomato and baked beans, topped with HP sauce.
Don’t skip the sweets! Indulge in a sticky toffee waffle with toasted pecans and vanilla ice cream or sip a super-rich 99 Flake shake, a vanilla shake with waffle cone pieces, bits of Flake chocolate bar and chocolate fudge.
