For $40, get three courses, with a starter of Caesar salad, watermelon cotija salad, jalapeño corn fritters, shredded chicken or beef quesadilla, or tuna poke tacos. Main course choices include carnitas tacos, enchiladas (with your choice of proteins, including grilled mahi or quesa barbacoa). Stray away from the Strip to locals favorite Summer House Santa Monica at Durango Casino & Resort for the weekend brunch, which is a very affordable $30 per person. On Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., indulge in starters like a lemon blueberry muffin, yogurt and granola parfait, or a Little Gem wedge salad. Main dishes include green chili and egg enchiladas, a crispy cinnamon sugar waffle, a double-stacked turkey burger, or the grilled salmon BLT.
