One of the most authentic Irish pubs in Las Vegas, Nine Fine Irishmen at New York-New York, has enhanced the experience with some recent renovations. The update by DEZMOTIF Studios expands the pub’s patio area onto the Brooklyn Bridge Plaza and updates its furnishings and lighting. And if you haven’t been by in a while, you’ll be pleased to find a refreshed menu of bites and libations.
New regular menu items include Jameson glazed shrimp, pictured, served with couscous and broccolini; basil-crusted rack of lamb, topped with lamb jus and served with broccolini, carrots and roasted potatoes; and pan-fried pork chop, accompanied by homemade harissa, carrots, broccolini and seasoned mushrooms. For dessert, choose from a black and tan cake, drizzled with cream cheese frosting and served with chocolate gelato, and Jameson apple pie, topped (of course!) with vanilla ice cream and a Jameson toffee swirl.
