We’re thankful you’re here—and just in time for Turkey Day, too! Whether you’re in town visiting family or in town escaping family, you’ll find fabulous ways to celebrate Thanksgiving all over the valley.

If a classic turkey dinner is what you seek, head to Andiamo Steakhouse (The D. 702.388.2400) for an Italian-infused take on the classic meal. Indulge in herb-roasted turkey breast, Italian sausage and sourdough dressing, sweet potato casserole, garlic whipped potatoes, roasted veggies and cranberry sauce before enjoying your choice of dessert.

Over at Paris Las Vegas, more classic meals await. Eiffel Tower Restaurant (702.948.6937) serves a three-course dinner featuring cream of butternut squash soup, turkey with chestnut dressing and pumpkin souffle, while Mon Ami Gabi (702.944.4224) serves four courses of French fare, including endive and pear salad and an herb-roasted take on the traditional fowl and pumpkin bread pudding.

Head to The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace for more holiday spreads. Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab (702.792.9222) is serving sliced turkey breast with leg and thigh confit, served with all the fixings including stuffing, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. The standout here is the finisher: pumpkin chiffon pie. RPM Italian (702.860.2225) also promises a fabulous meal with—you guessed it—oven-roasted turkey, whipped potatoes and seasonal sides.

Find all kinds of inventive takes on holiday flavors at The Venetian Resort with dishes like Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer’s (702.414.2337) turkey fried sandwich, which features succulent fried turkey piled high on a potato bun, drizzled with white barbecue sauce and topped with pickles and cherry pepper relish. Enjoy this sandwich all month long with some brie mac and cheese. Head to chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon (702.414.6200) for a three-course meal that features an unorthodox Thanksgiving protein: duck confit with foie gras. So many more restaurants at The Venetian Resort offer specials, even places you wouldn’t expect, like Wakuda (702.665.8592), a sushi restaurant serving the seasonal WakuCider, a cocktail with apple brandy, Cointreau, five spice and fresh lemon.

Dine at Hakkasan (MGM Grand. 702.891.7888) to indulge in signature dishes like the restaurant’s to-die-for Peking duck and the Hakka Basket, featuring incredible bites like royal jade king crab, langoustine har gau and pumpkin dumplings. Other standout selections include roasted Chilean sea bass and flavorful hakka noodles.

Those who have plans with family and friends (or those would prefer to enjoy their Thanksgiving in the peace and quiet of a luxurious suite) can find to-go meals all over. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar (The Venetian Resort. 702.297.6541) offers deep-fried turkey in its takeout spread that includes biscuit stuffing, honey-glazed Brussels sprouts and bourbon brown butter-glazed yams. Finally, find a family-style feast for carryout at Carmine’s (The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. 702.473.9700). Make sure to bring a crew to pick up the meal, as you’ll leave with a 16- to 18-pound roasted turkey, sausage and sage stuffing, cranberry sauce, Brussels sprouts, string beans, baby carrots, sweet potatoes with marshmallows and maple and mashed potatoes with giblet gravy.
