Wally’s Wine & Spirits has those, plus a lot more. The Resorts World Las Vegas restaurant isn't just a fine-dining restaurant, it's also a gourmet marketplace.

The first thing you notice is how welcoming it is. It’s styled as a storefront, with tables and chairs arranged on the patio looking out on the District, a perfect place to enjoy lunch or a glass of wine. (There are about a hundred glasses to choose from!) Inside, towering wine racks almost evoke an old-school library with wine bottles stretched to the ceiling. Here and there are tables and high-tops to sit at and retail counters, with a large variety of cheeses, meats and more waiting to be wrapped up and spirited away.

If you’re in for lunch, one of the best deals around is the Power Lunch, a three-course meal that’s as good for vegetarians as it is meat-eaters. First course choices include a red pepper bisque accented by blue lump crab and an absolutely delightful artichoke hummus with crispy baby artichokes, pea falafel and wood-oven roasted pita. The second course is as good, with petit steak frites, king salmon or spaghetti alla Nerano, chock-full of squash of various types. And the third course? A luscious cheese plate or a warm cookie with vanilla bean gelato. (Add a wine pairing to be extra fancy.) Wally’s also features brunch, with salmon avocado toast, steak and eggs, spicy salami pizza, grilled octopus, truffle gnocchi and NY prime steak frites with a 10-ounce Wanderer steak.

The dinner menu is stuffed with good things, starting with steak tartare with cornichon, quail eggs and shallot, lobster salad with baby gem lettuce, warm Maine lobster and a tomato vinaigrette. Charcuterie board options are seemingly endless, and the truffle pizza is great to share. Wood oven-baked brie is served with a French baguette, truffle butter, truffle honey and shaved truffles.

Seafood lovers can indulge in wood-grilled snapper with a blood orange-saffron broth and seared fennel; Hokkaido scallops with crispy prosciutto; or a king salmon fillet. Wally’s Wine & Spirits also offers a whole roasted chicken with albuféra sauce or New Zealand lamb chops. Beef eaters can get those steak frites, or go wild with a 48-ounce bone-in tomahawk or a 28-ounce porterhouse. Lighter appetites might want the filet mignon, though. And a celebrated main is the Wally Burger, with a half-pound Black Hawk Farms American wagyu patty, Artikaas smoked Gouda and caramelized onions.

Wally’s Wine & Spirits also has plenty of desserts to choose from, like toasted vanilla crème brûlée with warm muscovado cake and the Wally’s Cappuccino with coffee custard and espresso gelato. But the “Dessert by the Glass” section of the menu offers some excellent options as well: Hennessy X.O cognac, Grand Marnier, Blandy’s Madeira, sherry, port and more. Any of those are sure to get your night started right.
