Last summer Bottled Blonde Las Vegas made its debut and has since earned a reputation for good eats and chill vibes during the day and an electric nightlife scene when the sun goes down. Its rooftop bar and lounge have become popular for not only the views but the fun—DJs light up the space throughout the night and table and chairs get moved to create a packed dancefloor.
Along with the high-energy happenings at Bottled Blonde, the two-story hot spot recently introduced some new menu items, giving folks another reason to return. Dig into arancini with fabulous Parmesan cheese pulls, tuna tacos, tuna poke bowls, Philly cheesesteaks, pan-seared salmon and the light-but-flavorful protein bowls with chicken, rice, feta, romaine, cucumber, garbanzo beans and oregano vinaigrette.
Wash all the tastiness down with new cocktails like the peach blossom martini and the PB&J Old Fashioned. And in honor of National Margarita Day on Feb. 22, celebrate all week with the new spicy coconut margarita made with tequila, coconut, jalapeño, lime and pineapple juices and agave.
Families are welcome from 11 a.m.-5 p.m., and after that it’s 21+, with live bands and musicians throughout the day and night. The rooftop space is always 21+ and opens at 4 p.m. Mon.-Wed. and at noon Thurs.-Sun., with the party going late into the evening.
