Gymkhana has truly set a new bar for next-level dining on the Las Vegas Strip. For starters, it’s an extension of the globally recognized, two-Michelin-starred destination from London’s Mayfair. Second, it’s Indian cuisine, something heretofore practically unheard of in Strip resorts. And third, it’s introduced exclusive dishes for its Vegas launch!
For the first time, Gymkhana introduces beef to its menu, featuring wagyu keema naan, beef short rib pepper fry and an exclusive goan lobster curry created specifically for Las Vegas. A world-class Indian-inspired cocktail program rounds things out with drinks like the Delhi Dalgona (inspired by the coffee carts of Delhi) and Pina Col-Lassi, a clear version of the classic mimicking the tropical flavors of South India’s coconut lassis.
Dessert should take center stage in planning your meal. Gymkhana offers favorites like cardamom and basmati rice kheer. Served with figs, it’s a silky, gently spiced pudding in which the floral cardamom and tender basmati get a sweet, earthy lift from the fruit, chikoo ice cream, rice tuile, pistachios and almonds. The saffron pistachio ice cream falooda is a textbook Indian classic: rosewater-infused vermicelli noodles served with basil seeds, seasonal fruit, saffron jelly, saffron pistachio kulfi and basundi milk. And then there’s gulab jamun with gold leaf, the sweet, syrup-soaked fried milk dumplings topped with rose syrup, almonds, pistachios, basundi milk and, of course, edible gold. It’s the kind of photogenic dessert that deserves to be pinned on your social media account.
