Whether you’re a meat eater or not, you’ll absolutely love the current state of vegan and vegetarian dishes in Las Vegas. They’re full of flavor, spices and everything nice! And we scoured on and off the Strip for some of the best examples of both.

We hit up Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa Resort & Casino for the plant-based meatloaf and potatoes, topped with truffles. Chef Barry Dakake doesn’t stop there, though; he put a whole vegan menu together inside the notable downtown steakhouse.

Vegetarian sushi is highlighted at Nobu at Paris Las Vegas. The restaurant also offers a multicourse vegetarian omakase. Enjoy an eight-course menu with highlights like sushi, roasted cauliflower, vegetable tacos and vegetable ceviche.

Over at Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World Las Vegas, the whole menu is vegan. Yes, you read the right, Crossroads is the only high-end vegan restaurant on the Strip! We noshed on one of the most popular main dishes, the grilled lion’s mane steak, a beautiful mushroom that mimics a nice cut of meat. The dish comes with truffle potatoes and is topped with a divine mushroom Bordelaise.

We also found a hidden gem, Truth & Tonic, at The Venetian Resort. The restaurant is a little bit of a trek through the resort’s spa, but worth the trip because of all the vegan and vegetarian options on its menu. The soyrizo tacos are so delish and flavorful—the three we were served might not have been enough.

While not a meat dish that was re-created for the vegetarian, the chickpea masala is an Indian vegetarian staple, and can be found at the only fine-dining Indian restaurant on the Strip, Gymkhana at Aria. With a slight heat and fragrant spices, this dish awakens your palate and celebrates just how flavorful a traditional vegetarian dish can be.
