Treat yourself with a bounty of seasonal-inspired flavors from famed culinary star Michael Mina. Throughout the summer season, the chef’s eponymous restaurant at Bellagio is offering guests a special 10-course prix fixe menu for $250 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The Michael Mina High Summer Tasting Menu celebrates summer’s harvest with a concentration on the finest fruits and vegetables and seafood and meats. Each course incorporates peak-season ingredients as well as a few of Mina’s classic signature creations.
