In a very short amount of time, Bottled Blonde Las Vegas has become one of the must-visit hot spots on the Las Vegas Strip. Its combination of multiple levels, great food and drink offerings, live music and magnificent views of the city are simply intoxicating.
For starters, the venue offers the best of both worlds for families and partiers alike. Families are welcome from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. (after that it’s 21+ only), while the rooftop space is 21+ only from open to close. Live bands and musicians perform throughout the day and night, so it’s always a party atmosphere no matter when you go.
And what party atmosphere would be complete without some delicious signature cocktails? You’ll want to try everything on this fantastic menu despite your spirit of choice. However, tequila lovers will want to try the Desert Paloma, a combo of Hornitos Plata, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave and club soda; vodka fans won’t want to miss the Cucumber Cooler, a blend of Tito’s, lime juice, simple syrup, cucumber and mint and tonic; any bourbon fans out there? The Maker’s Sunset is a revelation, mixing the brown spirit with Maker’s Mark, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine.
You will want some food to accompany these libations, and Bottled Blonde Las Vegas has plenty of satisfying bites: Loaded potato skins are some of the best on the Strip, and ditto for the loaded nachos, where you’ll get cheddar and jalapeño pepperjack cheese sauce in every crunchy bite; pork sticky ribs are slow-cooked and flash fried and smothered with your choice of traditional or Korean barbecue sauce or a dry rub; the margherita pizza will appeal to both carnivores and vegetarians with its delicious combo of red sauce, fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil; and the American wagyu truffle burger more than satisfies with its combo of sautéed onions, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes and truffle mayo.
Don’t forget to order dessert, and we recommend ordering both the cheesecake and churros, as we simply cannot decide. Once you bite into the turtle cheesecake (chocolate sauce makes such a difference!) and dip that cinnamon sugar-sprinkled churro into the chocolate and raspberry sauce, you’ll be on the same fence we are.
