Choose three of your favorite offerings at Aria.

Aria offers some of the best restaurants in town and it shows, because Carbone, Din Tai Fung and Gymkhana have many of the city’s most sought-after reservations. Carbone’s menu is all about classic Italian-American favorites made with top-notch ingredients and extra care. The restaurant brings a mid-century supper club vibe, complete with vintage glamor, red velvet, opulent chandeliers and a lively, energetic atmosphere. Din Tai Fung is the go-to spot for amazing dumplings and noodles that are seriously satisfying. The Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) are the star, but everything on the menu from green beans to spicy wontons to noodles are all so good. Gymkhana is a two Michelin Star Indian restaurant that originally comes from London’s Mayfair, and this is the first location in the U.S. They serve classic Indian flavors with the freshest ingredients, precise cooking and bold spices. The vibe is classy and club-inspired, making it one of the most talked-about Indian spots in the world.

What is your go-to lunch spot, both on and off the Strip?

Estiatorio Milos at The Venetian Resort is my go-to on the Strip for lunch. Their three-course pre-fixe menu runs daily from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. They offer dishes like Greek salad, grilled octopus, salmon, tuna burger and roasted organic chicken—all often way more affordable than dinner. Off the Strip, Esther's Kitchen in the Arts District is a local favorite for California-Italian cuisine. Expect a wait for their homemade sourdough bread, fresh pastas and seasonal dishes.

What are some top romantic dinner spots?

These restaurants not only offer beautiful views of the Strip but phenomenal food as well: Carbone Riviera at Bellagio—This restaurant is the complete package with its romantic ambiance, exquisite Italian cuisine, breathtaking views of the mesmerizing dance of the Fountains, impeccable service and timeless elegance. Scarpetta at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas—Scarpetta offers modern Italian with a rooftop view of the Strip that’s great for romantic evening dining. You must try the unforgettable short rib and bone marrow agnolotti, spaghetti with basil and the duck and foie gras ravioli.  Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris—French cuisine 110 ft above the Strip with views of the Fountains of Bellagio shows—exceptionally romantic, especially at sunset or after dark.

What lounges have the best views of Las Vegas at night?

Skyfall Panoramic Bat & Lounge at W Las Vegas is a super chill rooftop bar with amazing views of the Strip. It’s the perfect spot for sunset hour (their version of happy hour) or late-night drinks. The vibe is sleek but relaxed, not too crazy loud. Just a cool place to hang, sip a fancy cocktail and watch the city lights sparkle. Hard Shake at Waldorf Astoria—A stylish, high‑end cocktail lounge on the 23rd floor that replaced the old SkyBar with moody, Art Deco‑inspired decor and panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip.

What are some of the best Chinatown eateries?

China Mama is a must for anyone craving really good Chinese food. The portions are huge and service is always great. Sushi Neko is the place to go if you want great all-you-can-eat sushi and fresh, high-quality fish and ingredients without breaking the bank. Hobak Korean BBQ is popular among locals and visitors who enjoy Korean barbecue. It’s known for fresh meats (like Angus beef and pork), attentive service and a fun interactive BBQ experience where staff often help grill at your table.

Where is there to go to listen to live music?

The Pinky Ring by Bruno Mars at Bellagio is Bruno Mars’ own lounge, blending retro glam with modern Vegas nightlife—basically Bruno’s vibe brought to life. There's live music every night, usually playing funk, R&B and jazz with that signature Bruno Mars feel. The sound and performances are top-notch, sometimes even featuring his own band.

When attending our ELITE events, what do you enjoy most?

I enjoy the chance to network with interesting people, experience exclusive food and drinks, soak up a stylish atmosphere and experience live entertainment or unique performances that make the event feel special.
