What is your go-to lunch spot, both on and off the Strip?

For lunch on the Strip, I love Alexxa’s at Paris Las Vegas. The patio is such a vibe with great people-watching and a lively atmosphere right in the heart of the Strip. Off the Strip, one of my favorite spots is Sushi Shota, a fantastic all-you-can-eat sushi experience that is a bit of a drive from the Strip, but absolutely worth it; guests consistently come back raving about it.

Name some of your favorite steakhouses and why.

I have a few favorite steakhouses in Las Vegas that I often recommend to guests. Cleaver Steakhouse is a hidden gem just off the Strip, close enough for visitors to enjoy, with a fantastic happy hour and consistently wonderful feedback from my guests. T-Bones Steakhouse at Red Rock offers one of the best steaks I’ve had in Las Vegas, paired with a beautiful setting and exceptional service. I also have a special place in my heart for Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Harrah’s Las Vegas. My late grandfather hosted my husband and me there for our wedding rehearsal dinner, and we still return from time to time to celebrate anniversaries. The experience is always memorable, and the food never disappoints.

What spots are great to grab a late-night drink?

The Chandelier at The Cosmopolitan is a must-visit, offering a vibrant and visually stunning multilevel bar experience. Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas is another great choice, open late and known for its lively atmosphere and classic-inspired cocktails. I also love The Golden Tiki in Chinatown, which offers a fun, immersive tiki experience with creative drinks and a playful late-night vibe.

What great restaurants are open 24 hours a day?

For 24-hour dining in Las Vegas, Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge is a classic favorite, known for its iconic neon atmosphere and extensive menu. Grand Lux Cafe is another excellent option, offering a wide variety of dishes in a comfortable, upscale-casual setting. Both are great choices for guests looking for quality dining any time of day or night.

Where is there to go to listen to live music?

For live music, one of my top recommendations is the Fremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas. I love that it features multiple stages with a variety of performers, offering something for every musical taste and creating such a fun, energetic atmosphere. I also enjoy Ole Red Las Vegas, inspired by Blake Shelton, which brings a lively country vibe and great live performances. Another favorite is the dueling pianos at Harrah’s Las Vegas, where the interactive, high-energy shows always make for a memorable night out.

Where can a guest go to get their hair and makeup done?

For hair and makeup, I recommend Glamsquad 702 Events Inc. They offer on-demand services and can meet guests directly at their hotel room or event location, making it a very convenient option for special occasions in Las Vegas

What are some of your favorite wedding chapels?

Some of my favorite wedding chapels in Las Vegas include Bliss Wedding Chapel, which offers a modern and stylish setting for ceremonies, Graceland Wedding Chapel, a classic Las Vegas staple known for its history and charm, and the Little White Chapel, one of the most iconic and well-known wedding venues in the city. Each offers a unique experience that captures the spirit of a Las Vegas wedding.

What spots on the Strip can the whole family enjoy?

There are so many great family-friendly spots on the Strip, but a couple of my favorites really stand out. I love spending time at Swingers Las Vegas inside Mandalay Bay, it’s such a fun, retro mini golf and arcade experience, and it’s perfect for families during the day. I also enjoy taking my kids to Adventuredome at Circus Circus. It’s very nostalgic for me since I used to go there as a child, and it still offers that same exciting, family-friendly atmosphere today.

What are some top romantic dinner spots?

One of my top romantic dinner recommendations is Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas. Guests can enhance the experience with pre-arranged roses and champagne waiting at the table, making it especially memorable for special occasions. Top of the World at The STRAT is another highly requested option, offering stunning panoramic views of the Strip. My personal favorite is Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio, especially the patio seating overlooking the fountains, which creates a truly elegant and romantic atmosphere.

Can you share some speakeasy spots and how to get in?

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a standout, guests enter through a working barbershop, and inside a discreet door reveals a 1920s-inspired lounge with live music. The Vault at Bellagio is a hidden, exclusive lounge located near the Baccarat Bar and high-limit area, and guests can make reservations to secure access. Downtown, The Laundry Room at Commonwealth is one of the most well-known speakeasies, it requires a reservation in advance via text and a password for entry, which adds to its secretive, immersive experience.

Are there any spots that offer dinner and a show?

Yes, there are several great dinner-and-show options in Las Vegas. Marriage Can Be Murder at Rio Las Vegas offers a fun, interactive experience paired with dining, while Tournament of Kings at Excalibur is a classic favorite featuring a medieval-style feast served during the performance. Many other productions, including Cirque du Soleil shows and The Rat Pack is Back at Tuscany Suites & Casino also offer dinner packages with nearby restaurants, allowing guests to enjoy a full evening experience.

What are some of the best pieces of advice that you offer to your guests?

I always encourage guests to pace themselves. Las Vegas offers so much to see and do, and it often involves a lot of walking. Spacing out dining, shows, and activities helps ensure a more enjoyable and relaxed experience. I also recommend wearing comfortable shoes, staying well-hydrated, and planning for cooler evenings. Booking reservations in advance, using transportation like the Deuce or Monorail, and exploring off-Strip dining can also greatly enhance their visit.

What are three attractions off the Strip that visitors should not miss?

For guests looking to explore beyond the Strip, I always recommend a few standout attractions. The Fremont Street Experience offers a fun, energetic downtown vibe with live entertainment and an incredible LED canopy show. Red Rock Canyon is perfect for taking in the natural beauty of Las Vegas, whether through a scenic drive or a short hike. I also love the Neon Museum, where guests can walk through the iconic Boneyard and see vintage Vegas signs, such a unique and memorable experience.

What are three of your most-suggested shows to see and why?

Three of my most recommended shows each offer something unique. Awakening at Wynn is a beautiful, family-friendly production with stunning visuals and an immersive storyline. For a more adult experience, Atomic Saloon Show at The Venetian Resort delivers a fun, high-energy performance with a playful, edgy twist. And one of my favorite Cirque du Soleil productions is Michael Jackson ONE at Mandalay Bay, which combines incredible acrobatics with iconic music for an unforgettable show.

What are some of the more affordable ways to enjoy Las Vegas?

I recommend the Deuce Bus as a convenient and budget-friendly way to travel along the Strip. I also like to share a list of complimentary attractions with guests, such as the iconic Bellagio Fountains and Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, and the Lake of Dreams at Wynn. These spots offer memorable experiences at no cost and are perfect for taking in the magic of the city without overspending.

Skyfall Panoramic Bar & Lounge at Mandalay Bay offers sweeping views of the Strip from above, creating a stunning backdrop for cocktails. Alle Lounge on 66 at Resorts World Las Vegas is another favorite, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a sophisticated atmosphere that makes it perfect for taking in the city lights from a unique vantage point.

What nightclubs offer the best experience for the price?

For nightlife that offers a great experience and value, TAO Nightclub at The Venetian Resort is a longtime favorite, known for its intimate, multiroom layout and mix of music genres, often offering guest list options for select groups. Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is another strong choice, providing a high-end experience with multiple rooms, including a main dance floor, a hip-hop-focused space, and an outdoor patio. Jewel Nightclub at Aria is a smaller, more intimate venue, but still delivers a high-energy, upscale atmosphere with impressive lighting and a more accessible feel compared to larger mega-clubs.

What are some of the best Chinatown eateries?

I absolutely love soup dumplings, so one of my go-to spots in Chinatown is Xiao Long Dumplings, which does them exceptionally well, they’re handmade in-house and always delicious. I also love China Mama at Shanghai Plaza, which offers a wide variety of flavorful dishes and is consistently a hit with guests.

What are some of your favorite downtown restaurants and bars?

Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa Resort & Casino is a standout, offering an elegant steakhouse atmosphere with exceptional service. Andiamo Steakhouse at The D is another favorite, known for its fine dining, house-made Italian pastas and premium steaks. For drinks, I love the Carousel Bar at Plaza, which offers a fun and unique setting right on Fremont Street, and Atomic Liquors, a historic bar with a classic, laid-back vibe that perfectly captures the spirit of old Las Vegas.

What spots transport guests back to old-school Las Vegas?

A few spots in Las Vegas truly transport guests back to the city’s old-school charm. The Circus Circus Bingo Hall, recently reopened in 2026, brings back a vintage Vegas feel with paper bingo cards and classic $2 drinks, re-creating that nostalgic gaming atmosphere. The Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge is another iconic favorite, known for its glowing neon, plush booths, and timeless retro cocktail culture. Finally, the Golden Steer Steakhouse is a true Las Vegas landmark, famously frequented by legends like Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley, and it still maintains its classic 1950s steakhouse ambiance today.

What are some of the most unique spots in Las Vegas?

One of my favorite unique spots in Las Vegas is Atomic Museum Vegas. I think it’s such a fascinating experience, with interactive exhibits, including a bomb simulation and historic artifacts. I also find Universal Horror Unleashed at AREA15 incredibly unique, offering year-round haunted house experiences, which is something you don’t typically see. Another standout is the Neon Museum’s Boneyard, which beautifully showcases iconic Vegas signage and the city’s history in such a memorable way.

If you could plan the perfect day in Las Vegas, what would it entail?

A perfect day in Las Vegas would start with breakfast in a beautiful setting, such as Lago inside Bellagio, preferably on the patio, or Jardin inside Encore. This would be followed by a morning helicopter excursion over the Grand Canyon with Maverick Helicopters. Next, I would enjoy a couple’s massage at Lapis Spa at Fontainebleau, accompanied by snacks and champagne. For dinner, I would choose one of the city’s celebrity chef or Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace or Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand, followed by a must-see Vegas show like Absinthe at Caesars Palace or a headlining performance by Bruno Mars at Park MGM. To end the night, I would unwind at a stylish lounge such as The Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas or Delilah at Wynn, the perfect way to cap off an unforgettable Las Vegas experience.

What spots have the best burgers?

Aside from our own offerings at the our hotel, there are a few great burger spots I often recommend. Five Guys at The Venetian Resort is a popular choice, known for its customizable burgers and fun boozy milkshakes. I also enjoy Fukuburger in Chinatown, which offers a unique and flavorful twist on classic burgers in a more casual setting. For the best value, In-N-Out Burger is always a reliable favorite, offering fresh, simple burgers at a great price point.

What restaurants are great for vegans and vegetarians?

My go-to vegan and vegetarian restaurants are Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World Las Vegas and Saffron Lounge located just off the Strip. Both are excellent options with thoughtfully prepared dishes and great overall dining experiences for plant-based guests.
