Seriously, how does she do it? Jennifer Lopez has spent her spring dropping sizzling new singles “El Anillo” and “Dinero” and bouncing between some very high-profile performances: at the Billboard Latin Music Awards at Mandalay Bay; the Time 100 Gala in New York City; at Radio City Music Hall for NBC’s Upfront presentation to tease the new season of her competition show World of Dance, which premieres this week; and back to Las Vegas for the Billboard Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena.

And don’t forget: she’s been wrapping up the third and final season of her TV cop drama Shades of Blue, which takes its bows on the small screen this summer, and doing all of that in between gigs at her headlining residency at Planet Hollywood’s Zappos Theater, aptly titled All I Have. The show’s current run is Wednesday, Friday and Saturday through June 16.

Now that you’re up to speed on all things Jennifer Lopez, you have to wonder how this multifaceted entertainer manages to truly give all she has every night at her Vegas show. Her performance is all-out, nonstop energy, darting through her hits in various musical genres, daring her talented dance squad to keep up with her and defying all audience expectation. She performs as if she’s flashed back 25 years to a time when she was an auditioning dancer sweating and bleeding for every gig, not like it’s 2018 and her name is known across the entertainment universe.

“When I was a young dancer (a teacher) told me, ‘You’re not the best dancer but you have something really special,’” J.Lo recently said during a Today show appearance. “They were trying to tell me I had a good performance but I may not be the best dancer technically.”

If you’ve seen her Vegas show, you know it’s not as simple as saying she’s got the “It” factor. You can be born with charisma, but J.Lo puts in the work, and she does it right in front of your eyes in All I Have, and she never lets up. If you haven’t seen the show, act now: Her Planet Hollywood residency concludes on Sept. 29.
