UNLVino makes it real, and this 45th year of the beloved Las Vegas festival promises three distinctive nights of indulgence. Sake Fever at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa celebrates Japanese rice wine, sprits and cocktails, the accompanying Asian-inspired plates sharing the spotlight with a theatrical 300-pound tuna carving.
