From B (The Beatles LOVE) to Z (Zumanity), every Cirque du Soleil show in Vegas uniquely embody a set of descriptors, with phrases such as jaw-dropping acrobatics, breathtaking costumes, captivating music, mind-blowing technology, must see to believe, bandied about with complete accuracy. And then there’s , which is, well … let’s just say if any Cirque production defies explanation (not to mention the laws of gravity), it’s this one.

We could get into specifics about the stages and platforms that “float” in midair (like the 50-ton stage that rotates 360 degrees and tilts to 100 degrees). Or explain why only 80 of the more than 300 people producing KÀ (or barely 25 percent) are actually performers. Or how pyrotechnics, puppetry, automation and multimedia projections are used to simultaneously mesmerize audiences and tell KÀ’s story of conflict and love. But expounding on these (and other) details wouldn’t do complete justice to this particular Cirque show. It really is one you need to see to believe—believe us.
