One of Fremont East's most distinctive bars is Corduroy, a 1970s-styled return to an easy-access, straight-ahead night of drinking and fun. There’s a couch-filled conversation pit, a special “lightbox” room for group selfies and vintage TVs, speakers and microwave ovens serving as art installations. Oh, and then there’s the amazing cocktails, courtesy of bartenders like Chris Gutierrez.
