Where did you first recognize Steve Byrne? Chances are you’ve seen the 45-year-old funnyman somewhere along the way, as the New Jersey-born comedian has had one of the most eclectic careers in comedy over the last three decades.

Maybe you saw him on the popular Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Tour, which took multiple comedians ready to break big, put them in a bus and had them hit the road for a grueling show schedule that eventually became a documentary.

Maybe you remember Byrne’s his first televised half hour in 2006 on Comedy Central Presents. There have since been four more specials, longer in length, each showcasing Byrne’s methodical and smooth mic stylings. It is definitely possible you became a fan of Byrne’s during the run of his sitcom Sullivan & Son. Not only did the comic star in the series about a lawyer who gives up his career to take over a neighborhood bar, but he also cowrote and co-created the show. Or maybe you recognize him from his live shows or for opening for musical acts ranging from Kanye to Mariah.

Whatever your reason is, there are many to continue to support Byrne.
