The quintessential progressive rock of Kansas is not unexpected in today’s Vegas musical landscape; there’s certainly room for all sounds. But when the band returns to the desert this week, it’ll be at a truly magical venue that could come as a surprise to fans and followers. Kansas brings its Point Of Know Return Tour to Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts on March 21, and expectations are high. Drummer Phil Ehart, bassist Billy Greer, keyboardists Ronnie Platt and Tom Brislin, and guitarists Richard Williams, David Ragsdale and Zak Rizvi will perform the group’s record-breaking album in its entirety in the now-iconic concert hall downtown.
