Recipes include red velvet pancakes, spinach Parmesan toast, New Mexico hatch chilaquiles, shrimp and grits, corned beef hash skillet and the unique dish, the Elvis waffle. The fluffy waffle is topped with a peanut butter spread, bacon jam and fresh-sliced bananas. Now that’s taking care of brunch business!
You can also opt for specialty dishes like a hearty breakfast sandwich on a huge house-made biscuit, pancakes made with apples and bacon, chicken and house waffles, chicken fried steak and tater tot waffles topped with smoked salmon.
