Getting a cocktail in Las Vegas is an easy feat. There’s many, many spots to sit and sip. For something a little different—filled with many Instagrammable possibilities—and something a little cooler visit these nine hot spots that not only offer up memorable libations, but the experience is a worth a visit alone.

1. The Golden Tiki (3939 Spring Mountain Road, 702.222.3196) It almost feels as if you’ve stepped inside a ride at Disneyland, but the charm here is all real. And the cocktails have a serious reputation as some of the best in the city. Be whisked away to the shores of the South Pacific and immerse yourself in tiki culture and décor.

2. I Love Sugar Candy Martini Bar (The Linq Promenade, 702.330.1924) The first floor is a family-friendly candy store, but the escalator up leads to a bar that is a sweet spot for adults. The real excitement here is the martinis—delicious, giant cocktails that smoke and are filled with candy like gummy bears, chocolates, Swedish Fish, Jolly Ranchers, cotton candy and Sour Patch Kids.

3. Oak & Ivy (Downtown Container Park, 702.553.2549) A bar constructed inside a shipping container? Now that’s cool! It’s also a spot for those that love American craft whiskey. Here you’ll find some rare labels, unique handcrafted recipes, a selection of barrel-aged cocktails and bartenders who are dedicated to the art of cocktailing.

4. Downtown Cocktail Room (111 Las Vegas Blvd. S., 702.880.3696) Affectionately known as D.C.R., the fun part here starts with trying to find the front door. Dark and sexy, welcoming and relaxed, this bar has been at the top of the best-cocktails-in-the-city list for more than a decade, and it’s also been at the forefront of the downtown renaissance.

5. Coyote Ugly (New York-New York, 702.740.6330) This is a bar where it’s perfectly OK to let loose. The bartenders jump up on the bar for some boot-scooting dance routines; and if you feel so inclined, you can even leave a piece of yourself at the bar—specifically the ladies. (Take a look at the bunch of bras hanging from the ceiling.)

6. Foundation Room (Mandalay Bay, 702.632.7631) Enjoy some unbelievable views from the balcony at this bohemian-style space. Filled with the smells of nag champa incense, it’s like a mecca for hippies—a perfectly decorated space that throws it back to the 1960s.

7. 107 SkyLounge (The STRAT, 702.380.7777) This bar usually makes every list for cool cocktail spots, but that’s because year after year it deserves it. The sights from this bar—360-degree views of the city from the tallest building west of the Mississippi—really are breathtaking and especially mesmerizing after the sun sets.

8. Minus5 Ice Experience (The Grand Canal Shoppes, 702.293.3388) This bar is filled wall-to-wall with ice. It doesn’t get cooler than that, literally and figuratively. Bartenders stand behind the bar made of ice and whip up cocktails that are served in glasses made of ice. Seating is made of huge ice blocks and guests get to don parkas or faux-fur coats and gloves.

9. Rosina Cocktail Lounge (The Palazzo, 702.607.1945) The space is über-chic, but here it’s all about the secret menu, where classic cocktails get a special touch. The bartenders offer some of the keenest cocktail knowledge and can customize recipes to guests’ specific tastes. Also, it’s the only spot on the Strip with a “champagne call button.”
