8. Oscar’s Steakhouse (Plaza, 702.386.7227) One-time Las Vegas mayor and mob attorney Oscar Goodman built an upscale steakhouse joint in the style of old-school Vegas with a menu of classic appetizers, entrées, desserts and cocktails. The dining room set inside the famous glass dome—complete with views of the famed Fremont Street Experience—makes this a reservation to remember.
