We’re in for a big sports week. This Sunday, the Las Vegas Raiders are up against Cam Newton and the new-look New England Patriots. Then, next Sunday, the Raiders will be back in Allegiant Stadium to take on the Buffalo Bills. We’ll also find out which two teams will be in the NBA Finals. If that’s not enough, the Major League Baseball Postseason starts on Tuesday. It’s hard to believe that the pandemic, of all things, would bless us with so many thrilling sports games to watch at one time. There is, however, one slight problem: Where are you going to watch all the action unfold? Well, let us make the decision easy for you. There may not be a more perfect spot to enjoy sports than at The Still.

It’s the quintessential sports bar: It’s comfy and you won’t get the stink eye from your waiter if you hang around too long; there’s a healthy list of craft beers and specialty cocktails; the food is phenomenal; and the restaurant is equipped with 27 high-def televisions—essentially, anywhere you look, you’ll have your eye on a game.

There’s more than 50 beers on the menu, ranging from light and easy (like a crisp Corona with a lime wedge) to rich, strong and flavorful (like the potent Dragon’s Milk by New Holland Brewing). Then there’s a bevy of cocktails, such as the pick-your-spirit Moscow mule; the mango martini, which mixes Ciroc peach vodka with mango, lime and Chandon Brut; and the There’s Something About Mary, an out-of-this-world bloody Mary with a chorizo seasoned rim. As for the food, The Still specializes in stadium-style snacks and entrées. Nachos are stacked high and loaded with the standard trimmings, such as pico de gallo, guacamole, Oaxaca cheese and pickled jalapeños. Then there’s the crispy chicken wings slathered in a spicy Korean-style sauce, beer battered fish and chips, chicken street tacos topped with a pineapple slaw, cheesburger sliders, and a Philly cheese steak panini. During dessert, you’ll have a hard time focusing on the game when a plate of deep fried Oreos is served to your table.
