Just as everything else is changing in a post-pandemic Las Vegas, so is Tape Face’s show at Harrah’s. He’s in a much larger theater now (the Harrah’s Theater rather than his more intimate House of Tape), and while most of the show he will be silent, wearing his trademark piece of tape over his mouth, at the beginning of each show, he will speak, hosting a Q&A with the audience before every show.
He’s also added a new character to his show: A narrator, who comments on the action onstage to hilarious effect. But for those who remember Tape Face’s show as it used to be, don’t worry. There will still be the sense of childlike wonder as the master mime turns ordinary household props like oven mitts, table tennis paddles and staple guns into comedy gold.
