For some, it’s always wine time. Amiright?! And come Feb. 18, you now have a real reason to celebrate drinking the nectar of the gods—National Drink Wine Day! If you’re looking to get your fill of the crushed grape, check out these sweet spots for sipping.

A good deal awaits at Casbar Lounge at Sahara Las Vegas, where guests can get $5 wine specials. A longtime favorite spot for wine lovers is La Cave at Wynn. Grab a seat in “the cellar” and peruse one of the most impressive and unique wine lists on the Strip, with exceptional choices from boutique producers.

If you trust celebrity chefs’ high standards when it comes to cuisine, then trust that their wine lists will follow suit. Nobu Matsuhisa’s high-end Caesars Palace restaurant, Nobu, offers an extensive menu of wines, highlighting California regions like Sonoma and Napa valleys, and there’s even some vintages he’s attached his own name to. Famed Italian chef and restaurateur Steve Martorano offers guests a taste of his own line of wines at Martorano’s at Paris. And one of reality TV’s most famous restaurateurs, Lisa Vanderpump, sells her own rosé by both the glass and bottle at her Caesars Palace hot spot, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.

You can also make a romantic evening of sipping wine off-Strip if you like. Try the lakeside vibe at longtime local favorite Marché Bacchus. The French bistro and wine shop offers nearly 1,000 labels to choose from; after dinner, you can stop by the shop to purchase some bottles to take home. Over at Town Square, the intimate Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge offers 50 wines by the glass, and guests can even try wine flights.

To really celebrate the special day, make an actual day out of it by taking an hours’ drive from the Strip to the Pahrump Valley Winery. Yes, they’re growing and harvesting grapes in the desert! The Death Valley vineyard has been producing award-winning wines since 1990, and guests can tour and sample the literal fruits of their labor. Their signature riesling is rich in apricot and honeysuckle overtones, and the popular Desert Blush is a favorite for those that love fruity and sweet wine flavors.
