AREA15, an immersive arts and entertainment district across the freeway from the Las Vegas Strip, has quickly become a crown jewel of the city since its opening in the fall of 2020. The multibuilding juggernaut has consistently added to its offerings and its square footage upon the large acreage it sits upon.
A new experience inside the main building is The Wall, a multipurpose events and music space. Entering the intimate venue is like stepping into the midnight hours (all the walls are painted black). For live musical performances, there’s a small stage backed by a large LED video wall. The room’s vibe is enhanced by state-of-the-art lighting and musical capabilities. Guests can also enjoy a small bar area and cushy seating along the entire back wall.
The Wall plays host to various events each month including concerts, karaoke, DJs, trivia night, theatrical shows and more. This week, catch Psychedelic Sundays: A Better Trip with Shane Mauss, starting Sunday, April 30, and every Sunday through May 28. Mauss, an award-winning comedian, blends science and psychedelics for a comedy show that expands the mind and the belly with laughter. On Thursday, May 4, enjoy house-music sounds combined with ambient beats from French electronic-music DJ, Darius. And the dance floor at The Wall, combined with its technological highlights makes the space feel like the perfect mini-rave.
