Few popular rock groups melded all the styles of their time quite so seamlessly as Styx, which shot to fame in the 1970s on the strength of classics (and oldies radio staples) like “Come Sail Away,” “The Best of Times,” “Too Much Time on My Hands” and “Babe.” They’ve regularly toured for decades, and the proof of their popularity shows in the numerous limited engagements they’ve played on the Las Vegas Strip over the years.

The band has gone through many lineup changes, but the current lineup of Chuck Panozzo (bass), James “J.Y.” Young (guitars), Tommy Shaw (vocals), Todd Sucherman (drums), Lawrence Gowan (keyboards), Ricky Phillips (bass) and Will Evankovich (guitar) keeps the original lineup’s spirit fully intact in live performances. Over the last few years, they’ve toured with everyone from Yes and Don Felder to REO Speedwagon and Foreigner, and in 2022 they were inducted into the Illinois Rock & Roll Museum Hall of Fame. Their enduring popularity derives from those goosebumps you feel when you hear the opening notes of “Lady.” (C’mon, admit it—we certainly do.)

Expect to hear all the massive hits, as well as fan favorites like “Renegade,” “Blue Collar Man (Long Nights),” “Mr. Roboto,” “Why Me,” “Borrowed Time,” “Boat On the River’ and so many more. And yes, you are fully encouraged to sing out every single word at the top of your lungs.
