It’s a question I’ve asked myself many, many times over the years, watching the ridiculously talented individuals who compete on America’s Got Talent: “Why aren’t more of these amazing people performing on the Strip?” Well, a few years ago, my prayers were answered in the form of America’s Got Talent Presents SUPERSTARS Live, a variety show that features a rotating lineup of some of the greatest AGT acts of all time under one roof.

Fans of AGT will find so much to enjoy here. Not only is it the perfect chance to see some of the acts they love, the production is constantly updating its lineup, making return visits practically mandatory. For instance, the show’s host has varied widely through the years, from stand-up comedians like Mike E. Winfield, Preacher Lawson and Vicki Barbolak to magicians like Jon Dorenbos and mentalist Peter Antoniou.

While many shows are advertised as having something for everyone, this show has truly delivered on that promise over the years:

  • Magic acts featured have included Dustin Tavella (the winner of his AGT season), Mervant Vera, who creates spontaneous raps to go along with his amazing sleight-of-hand illusions, and Léa Kyle, a quick-change artist who blew away judge (and Kyle’s idol) Heidi Klum, getting a Golden Buzzer in the process.
  • Laughter has come courtesy of The Human Fountains, a group of tuxedo-clad men who spit water in unison, not only into the air but occasionally each other’s mouths.
  • Acrobatic acts have included Duo Transcend, a husband and wife who keep each other suspended above the stage, and Aidan Bryant, who performs solo using a variety of props to propel himself in the air.
  • Thrill acts have included husband-and-wife team Deadly Games, a knife- and axe-throwing act that’s simultaneously sexy and scary.
  • Music acts have included The Pack Drumline, a group of percussionists who dance and sometimes contort themselves into crazy positions.
  • Singers of all styles have graced the stage, including Jimmie Herrod (whose rendition of “Tomorrow” made judge Simon Cowell reluctantly agree that it is a great song) and Kodi Lee (the winner of his AGT season), whose singing brings you to tears.
