There are plenty of golf-based attractions in Las Vegas, but none are quite like the upcoming Swingers Las Vegas, which will open its doors at Mandalay Bay on Nov. 8.
Described as a “crazy golf club and entertainment experience,” Swingers Las Vegas will feature a combination of mini-golf, immersive technology, nightlife, food and drink and much more, all within a 40,000-square-foot space.
“As one of the world’s premier entertainment destinations, Las Vegas is the perfect place for the next chapter of Swingers,” said Co-CEO and Co-founder Matt Grech-Smith in a press release. “We believe life's most enjoyable moments are fueled by a blend of friendly competition, exceptional food and superb cocktails. Swingers will bring this unique mix to the Strip with our whimsical golf courses, Swingers Carnival, vibrant bars and electric party scene. In true Vegas style, our flagship location will be grander and more thrilling than ever.”
The facility will contain four courses, multiple bars and eateries and the Swingers Carnival arcade. It will also introduce a new design that sets it apart from other locations worldwide: an English country estate, which, thanks to double-height, animated projection mapping, changes from day to night and with the seasons.
The courses themselves— Clocktower, Hot Air Balloon, Carousel and Meteorite, spread across three floors—should provide golfers of all skill levels hours of challenging fun, with obstacles like moving installations and jumps and loops.
The Carnival features old-school games and sideshows, while Vegas nightlife will feature live DJs while you golf. In addition, drink offerings will include beer, craft cocktails and premium spirits, while Swingers will debut a new street food restaurateur to satisfy those hunger pangs between rounds.
Swingers debuted in 2014 and currently operates four locations: two in London, U.K.; one in Washington, D.C.; and one in New York City, with forthcoming locations in Dubai (opening fall 2024) and Boston (2025).
