For many Vegas visitors, Mon Ami Gabi is the first place that comes to mind when considering breaking overnight fasts with Bloody Marys and eggs Benedict, thanks in large part to a reputation for consistent excellence built during the 25 years since Paris Las Vegas opened to the public. That excellence extends throughout the various venues in the casino-hotel’s food-and-beverage portfolio, many of which will observe the property’s silver anniversary through Sept. 15 with prix fixe menus.

Gordon Ramsay Steak ensures an evening will start off right with a glass of Brut Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label paired with a Scotch egg. The amuse-bouche from the restaurant’s 25th anniversary tasting menu is followed by a first course of hamachi crudo, a second course of diver scallops risotto and a third course of Land & Sea Beef Wellington. Farm to Shaker martinis and sticky toffee pudding sweeten the experience.

Nobu Las Vegas welcomes patrons with a citrusy Yuzu Lime Palmer cocktail before an omakase dining odyssey. Toro tartare with caviar starts the six-course tour that includes Kumamoto oyster tiradito;  blue fin tuna; toro aburi-style and white fish sushi; king crab yuzu kosho amazu ponzu; and scallop and caviar with kabocha purée. Dinner climaxes with A5 wagyu anitcucho den miso with foie gras chimichurri paired with Nobu champagne.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart offers a wine-pairing to go with its prix fixe menu, which kicks off with Alexis’ Chopped Salad. Big Martha’s Pierogies are accompanied by 19 Crimes’ Martha’s Chardonnay with golden osetra caviar as an option. Lemon risotto with sea scallops and an 8-ounce American wagyu filet are entrée choices, paired with Beringer Knights Valley Reserve cabernet sauvignon, while cotton candy and raspberry sorbet characterize the Snow in the Desert dessert that comes with Broadbent Madeira Colheita.

The Paris Anniversary prix fixe menu at Vanderpump à Paris begins with the truffle-stuffed Vanderpump baguette and triple crème Brie, truffles and truffle honey. It’s paired with pear-and-ginger mule Pump & Circumstance before the courses commence with La Fleur or goat cheese cakes (with Vanderpump rosé), coq au vin pot pie or a cast-iron filet (with an apple butter Old-Fashioned), and crème brulée beignets or mousse au chocolate bites paired with a pain au chocolat martini.

Al fresco dining destination Chéri Rooftop opens during anniversary week and offers a brunch highlighted by an avocado croissant topped with soft-boiled eggs, smoked salmon on a bagel, Benedicts, Japanese soufflé and steak frites. The new venue has a special cocktail program to explore while taking in one of the most spectacular views of the Strip, which Chéri Rooftop will take full advantage of during the next Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Drink specials will be offered throughout Paris Las Vegas at destinations such as Montecristo Cigar Bar, Le Central and Gustav’s, while the ultimate high-altitude mid-Strip classic dining experience remains Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Whether romance is in the air or the lure of limited-tun menus is the draw, there may never be a better time to visit one of Las Vegas’ most romantic resorts than during its 25th anniversary celebration.
