You’ve come to the best city to say goodbye to 2024 and ring in 2025. Las Vegas has got plenty of options. Pick your party mode and get to celebrating on Dec. 31! We’ve rounded up just a few recommendations to get you started:
Las Vegas has a lock on nightclub experiences and on New Year’s Eve the vibe is amplified. Dance until the dawn of the new year with the following DJs soundtracking the party: DJ Pauly D at Hakkasan at MGM Grand; O.T. Genasis at Tao at The Venetian; Tyga at Jewel at Aria; Steve Aoki at Omnia at Caesars Palace; and special performances by Lil Wayne at Drai’s Nightclub at The Cromwell and T-Pain at Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World Las Vegas.
Resorts World Las Vegas continues the fun with parties at Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge with DJ Nico Oso from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. and Kid Funk taking over until 5 a.m. Over at Eight Lounge, beginning at 8:30 p.m., guests can sip specialty cocktails and puff on cigars while listening to a live DJ and hanging out on the expansive patio to catch the fireworks show at midnight.
A party to blow your mind happens at AREA15 as the whole building turns into one big masquerade party. Come dressed to the nines, or in your best rave wear or masquerade-inspired attire and enjoy themed ballrooms, hidden lounges, one-of-a-kind cocktail bars and mysterious sanctuaries. Music will include everything from heart-pounding EDM and R&B to hip-hop and more mellow, ambient sounds. Doors open at 9 p.m. and the party goes late into night.
For a different party vibe, head downtown and hit up two different hot spots. Plaza’s party includes the only fireworks display downtown, and the best place to catch them will be at the property’s lively Carousel Bar that sits outside in front of the hotel. Take the party to the top of Circa Resort & Casino at Legacy Club’s Countdown in the Clouds New Year’s Eve party. The party starts at 9 p.m. and includes open bar, champagne toast at midnight, live DJ and breathtaking panoramic views of the Strip and downtown fireworks displays from the outdoor terrace.
