Much has changed in Preacher Lawson’s life since appearing on season 12 of America’s Got Talent in 2017. His combination of physicality and pointed observation made him an instant fan—and judge—favorite, and he made it all the way to finals. While he didn’t win his season, Lawson has not wanted for work since. He’s enjoying a great stand-up career, and will remind audiences of his immense talent with a performance at Treasure Island on March 22.
Lawson can currently be seen on Amazon Prime in the special Get to Know Me, and just finished up appearances on America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League. His newest special, My Name is Preacher, is scheduled to premiere on YouTube this month. He has 3.4 million followers on TikTok and 640,000 subscribers on YouTube.
