Caspian’s Rock & Roe, a new hot spot on the Strip, offers a balanced blend of high-end-meets-casual party vibes. The venue’s reputation is business in the front (the spacious, modern décor lounge open to the casino floor) and party in the back (the hidden speakeasy where guests can hear live rock ’n’ roll).
Let’s talk caviar first. It’s always been considered a froufrou food, but at Caspian’s the experience is enjoyably casual. Dip into menu options like Caspian’s Chips and Dip (Kaluga caviar and house-made French onion dip served with a can of Pringles), fun little mini Maine lobster rolls topped with caviar, bite-sized crunchy corn tacos filled with blue crab and topped with Kaulga caviar, and deviled eggs topped with—you guessed it—caviar.
And caviar bumps, all the rage now on social media, are indeed available at Caspian’s. It’s such a fun, rock ’n’ roll way to consume the salty delicacy.
Cocktails share the spotlight in equal measure at Caspian’s. The recipes are unique and flavorful, and we suggest starting with the “Fig”ure of Your Imagination, made with bourbon and fig jam, or the Feet in the Sand, made with Patron silver coconut-washed tequila and banana liqueur with a toasted coconut sugar rim. For an over-the-top cocktail, ask your server to add a caviar-stuffed olive garnish.
Don’t miss out on the music in the speakeasy. Live rock ’n’ roll bands take the stage Tuesday through Wednesday and Friday and Saturday, and you can be the rock star on Thursdays with Caviar Karaoke.
