Restaurants include:

Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas. This longtime favorite (and a Las Vegas Magazine Hall of Fame honoree) is well set up for conventions, as it can accommodate groups of up to 80 guests in private spaces, or a total of 650 with a buyout of the full restaurant. It’s also ideal for business meetings, cocktail-style receptions, seated dinners and more. Executive chef Vincent Pouessel serves up an incredible menu of French bistro classics for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

El Segundo Sol at FSLV—Fashion Show Las Vegas. Recently redesigned to reflect the spirit of Tulum, Mexico, this restaurant is a wonderful space to experience, with more than 100 specialty tequilas on display along the wall of the main dining room. In addition to signature margaritas, El Segundo Sol has a healthy list of craft cocktails, beer and sangria, and you can dine here al fresco on the spacious patio if you wish. For conventiongoers, this space can accommodate large groups of up to 290 people. If you’re on break, this might be the perfect way to relax and renew before heading back to the convention floor.

Happy Camper at FSLV—Fashion Show Las Vegas. For convention purposes, this fun Stripside restaurant, adorned with disco balls and neon lights, has eight different private dining options from cabanas and fire pit seating to private bar or full buyout bookings. In addition to great pizzas, Happy Camper offers “happy-tizers” like chicken nachos, queso elote dip, whipped feta and more, all accompanied by signature cocktails like the Trailer Park Queen, Paradise Spritz, Pink Flamingo and more.

RPM Italian at The Forum Shops at Caesars. This longtime favorite has all your Italian favorites for lunch and dinner, highlighted by shareable dishes and house-made pastas. And because of its large space, RPM is a great venue to host private dining parties, social gatherings or corporate conferences.
