Christmas comes early for Las Vegas this year.
Nearly 20 years after winning The X Factor and launching one of the most remarkable careers in modern pop music, Leona Lewis is bringing her powerhouse vocals to the Strip for a full holiday season of performances, her first-ever full U.S. concert series.
Beginning Nov. 1, the British singing sensation takes up residency in Voltaire at The Venetian Resort with A Starry Night. For an artist who has sold more than 40 million records worldwide and earned three Grammy nominations, it’s a surprisingly overdue American debut, but Lewis promises it’s been worth the wait.
“I’ve done little appearances here and there, but this is the first time that I’m doing a full show, and it’s my first residency,” Lewis says in an exclusive interview with Las Vegas Magazine.
The timing feels right. After receiving her Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) award in July 2025 for her services to music and charity, and recently returning to the studio after welcoming her daughter in 2022, Lewis is entering an exciting new chapter.
A Starry Night promises career-spanning favorites including “Bleeding Love”—the single that soared to No. 1 in over 30 countries—and “Better in Time,” alongside generous helpings from her Christmas catalog. For Lewis, who has become a seasonal fixture in the U.K. with “One More Sleep” (one of the biggest Christmas songs of the 21st century), bringing holiday cheer to Las Vegas feels like a natural fit.
“I love Christmas. I love the holidays. I love being with my family,” she says. “That’s one thing about the show as well. It’s very family-friendly. I have a little girl, so I wanted to create something that everyone could come and see and watch and feel.”
The intimate setting of Voltaire—a stark contrast to the stages Lewis typically commands—is something special. “That’s what I’m really excited about,” she says. “It’s very up close and personal. It’s very intimate. It’s a different way to take in music in this venue. It’s beautifully built. I love the seating as well. It just feels very intimate and warm and cozy.”
Lewis is bringing her full musical arsenal, including a brass section. “The musicians are amazing,” she says. “It’s just gonna feel like good vibes, good energy.”
For an artist whose debut album, Spirit, remains one of the best-selling albums in U.K. chart history, the Vegas residency represents more than just holiday performances. It’s Lewis finally planting her flag on American soil with the full force of her artistry.
“The energy of Vegas is so electric, and everyone says to just have a good time,” Lewis says. “I just want to put out a lot of love. We’re going to be singing along together, singing the songs that people know me for. It’s going to be a very joyful, soulful, fun show.”
With 33 performances running through Jan. 3, A Starry Night arrives as Lewis prepares to unveil new music she’s been crafting in the studio.
“I started getting back into the studio last year, so that’s something that I’m really excited to bring to life next year,” she says.
After nearly two decades of international stardom, Lewis is finally giving America the full show. We are so here for it.
