Watching Formula 1 racers speed through the city is fun and all, but wouldn’t it be a whole lot more fun to be the one in the driver’s seat? At F1 Arcade, guests can do just that, courtesy of the venue’s high-tech immersive racing simulators, all while enjoying some fabulous drinks brought to you by LP O’Brien, the brand’s global creative director of bars and winner of Netflix’s Drink Masters.

There’s just one game at this arcade, and it’s all you need to have a great time. Book three or five races and fly down Grand Prix tracks from all over the globe, including cities like Tokyo, Monaco and Las Vegas, of course! Turn up the fun to 11 by arriving a bit early and having a few drinks. (After all, this is the only buzzed driving that we’ll ever recommend.)
Start off by trying your luck with the What Happens In Vegas, a mix of rye, ginger, yuzu and celery bitters with a blueberry peat foam. Not only does this cocktail balance bitey ginger and bright citrus with sweet blueberry, but it comes with a pair of dice to roll. Roll a seven and you’ve won yourself a free race! Roll any other number and you still have a delectable drink, so no harm, no foul, right?
Manifest a winning streak with the She’s In the Lead, a light and refreshing bev made with cucumber and rose gin, lemon, blueberry wine and rose, topped with egg white foam. It’s fruity and easy to drink, and the egg white foam makes sipping incredibly pleasurable. Blueberry is a bit of a theme on this menu, and why not? Blueberries are delicious! Find another blueberry-infused drink in the Pit Lane Perk, a take on an espresso martini that’s zhuzhed up by blueberry cocoa nibs and served in a smoking car—perfect for posting!

Feel like a Paddock Club legend when you sip the VIP Pass, a smoky bourbon- and mezcal-based libation made sweet and citrusy by lemon and vanilla-passionfruit and garnished with raspberry dust (a nod to the Pornstar Martini that inspired this bev). Served with a shot of chilled Moët & Chandon champagne, this drink will make you feel like you’re already in the winners’ circle.
Perhaps save this next one for after your racing debut, as it is an ultra-rich dessert cocktail. The After Silk features cognac and lavender honey mixed with chilled Moët & Chandon that is poured over vanilla gelato and finished with olive oil, sea salt and marigold. It’s a complex combination of floral and sweet flavors that promises indulgence and adventure with its unorthodox ingredients.
