Get in the spirit of the holiday with two of Westgate Las Vegas’ Halloween-inspired suites. (Westgate Las Vegas’ many year-round themed suites have become popular destinations for visitors.) Spirits rise and shine inside the two themed units, the Day of The Dead Suite and the Halloween Suite. The decor makes any stay the perfect backdrop for plenty of frightfully fun photos along with luxurious amenities that make for an unforgettable experience.

“No one does themed suites like Westgate,” Dawn Rawle, senior vice president of marketing and entertainment at Westgate Las Vegas, said in a release. “Our Halloween and Day of the Dead Suites are immersive, imaginative and full of unexpected delights. Whether you’re visiting for a content shoot, an unforgettable getaway or simply to embrace the spirit of the season, these suites promise a stay you won’t soon forget.”

Day of the Dead Suite

A vibrant and bold color explosion defines Dia de Los Muertos, also known as Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday right after Halloween that celebrates loved ones who have passed. One of the biggest symbols of the holiday are skulls or calaveras, often bejeweled and decorated with bright, rich colors and floral patterns. The 1,125 square-foot Day of the Dead Suite sports one bedroom and two bathrooms with a king-sized bed. Amenities include wet bar with coffee maker, microwave and fridge, and flat-screen televisions. The living and dining spaces have beautiful Mexican- and Day of the Dead-inspired furnishings and brightly colored tiles and tapestries, with a dynamic painting of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo hanging on one of the walls.

Two selfie hot spots include the living room wall decorated in a series of hand-painted Day of the Dead skull masks and an ornate flower wall next to the guest bathroom. For relaxation, enjoy comfortable chaise lounges and two deep-seated tubs for soaking.

Halloween Suite

The fright-filled Halloween Suite is spooky and sinister at every turn. Painted with black walls and ceiling, the 1,160-square-foot, one-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is packed with cool and hauntingly stylish decor. The wet bar amenities include sink, fridge and coffee maker. The dining table is covered in Halloween-inspired tchotchkes like pumpkins and spiders. (Be careful what’s lurking under the table!)

In the bedroom you’ll find a king-sized bed, red-lit lamps and faux-flame chandeliers with a giant spider that made its web above the bed. Inside the bathroom, with black sink and black deep-seated tub, be careful what lingers in the corner of the shower! Two high-back chairs situated near the window with black-out and black-lace curtains allow for relaxation and views of the city. Creepy writing on the walls and a book of dark stories by poet Edgar Allen Poe add to the overall air of creepiness, yet gothic romance, of the room.

In the living and dining spaces, you’ll find frights like a full-sized, interactive Pennywise, holding his distinctive red balloon. Gargoyles and skulls decorate the walls along with spooky framed photos. Michael Myers paraphernalia hangs on one wall while menacing clown statues hide around the corners and in the closets. The gothic-inspired black leather furnishings and black-lace curtains give off an air of dark luxury, and hours can be spent perusing all the themed decor strategically placed throughout the suite.
