Mariah Carey, who returns to Las Vegas on Nov. 28 to begin a series of holiday shows at Park MGM, is also bringing a pop-up bar, Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar, to the property’s On the Record venue the very same day.
While the pop-up bar has previously appeared in New York, this year marks the first time it’s appeared in Las Vegas. (A similar version also debuts in Los Angeles and Miami.) The entire space will be transformed to a “Mariahfied” winter wonderland, complete with holiday decor, interactive photo ops, signature award wall, album backdrop re-creations, a “Letters to Mariah Carey” station, a themed food and beverage menu (with cocktails featuring Carey’s own Black Irish liqueur), and the iconic classic, “All I Want for Christmas Is You” playing every 30 minutes!
The pop-up is part of an ongoing collaboration between Carey and Bucket Listers. “We are honored to once again work with Mariah Carey, bringing her holiday world to life on an even grander scale,” said Bucket Listers founder and CEO Andy Lederman in a statement. “There is no better way to celebrate the season than with the Queen herself.”
