It’s time to get loved up! It’s Valentine’s Day, and Vegas celebrates on the special day, and even all week, with offers for you and your boo. Get to making some plans so you can impress the love of your life … or your love for right now, or the love of your friends (don’t forget the popular Galentine’s Day!).
For a sumptuous meal matched with a fun time, head to Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas, the authentic German beer hall that loves to celebrate Oktoberfest year-round. On the big day, opt for specialty menu items like tomatencremesuppe, a creamy tomato soup, or the gebackener tortenbrie, golden-fried breaded brie. Mains include a shareable, three-tiered tower of beef tenderloin and french fries, shrimp Provençale with angel hair pasta, and grilled chicken with spätzle and spring vegetables. Or opt for something smaller like the flavorful frische schweins hax’n, a crispy pork shank. End the meal with even more steins of German-imported beer or the specialty cocktail Liebestrank Nr. 9, a blend of vodka, lemonade, Chambord and raspberry purée, and a dessert like the homemade Nutella crepes. hofbrauhauslasvegas.com
Caspian’s Rock & Roe at Caesars Palace hosts two themed karaoke nights, the first on Feb. 11, the Galentine’s Day version of its weekly Caviar Karaoke event. Women are invited to take center stage to belt out rock ’n’ roll anthems or heartbreak love songs, backed by live band The Milk Men. On Feb. 14, Love Bites Karaoke welcomes lovers, friends and anti-romance peeps to all celebrate together and rock out with singer Michael Richter as he hosts a night of rock ’n’ roll and arena rock karaoke.

More Galentine’s Day fun happens at Easy’s Cocktail Lounge at Aria. At 9 p.m. on Feb. 12, gather the girls for a special edition of Diva’s Night and listen to pop singer Megan Williams sing songs by Britney Spears, Spice Girls, Mariah Carey and more while sipping on holiday-themed cocktails.
At Resorts World Las Vegas, get some R&R with your loved one when you book the couple’s package at Awana Spa & Wellness, available Feb. 13-15. Priced at $750 per couple, the indulgence includes side-by-side massages, Knesko rose gold eye masks and a complimentary champagne toast. Take advantage of the spa’s many top-notch amenities after your treatment. And Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge celebrates Feb. 14 with its Let’s Be Friends Party hosted by DJ Tim Tones who will soundtrack the night along with some of his best DJ buds taking over with their own sets. If you’re on the lookout for a new love for the night or to celebrate with your friends, this might just be the spot to hang.

Downtown there are a few spots to hit up on the big day, starting with Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino. The rooftop lounge is the perfect spot for romance with unbeatable city views along with champagne specials, chocolate-covered strawberries and a live band. You can also inquire about proposal packages. And, at Victory Burger & Wings, you can snag heart-shaped burgers and the Red Velvet Cake Shake. Over at The D, if you and your honey order two Coneys, fries and a drink from American Coney Island, you’ll receive a voucher for a free Red Velvet Cake Shake.
For specially themed cocktails, head to Swingers Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay and sip on a trio of treats (available all February long). The crazy mini golf experience offers the Strawberry Kiss with Tanqueray, Bourbon Blush with Jim Beam and Love at First Spice, a mocktail. The hot spot, with restaurant, lounge, DJs, carnival and more, offers a grip of packages for Valentine’s Day, so make sure to inquire.

Take the date off-Strip for a unique experience at locals favorite Ethel M Chocolates Factory & Cactus Garden. The chocolate-making factory (where you can tour the assembly line and shop sugary goodness at the retail shop) also has a 3-acre cactus garden, which transforms into the 12th Annual Lights of Love display. Guests can immerse themselves in more than half a million red, purple and pink twinkling lights, stop for photo ops in front of themed displays and take a romantic stroll through the winding pathways. The event runs through Feb. 16, from 5-10 p.m., and the entry fee is only $3.
