Whether you were Gen X or millennial, a familiarity with New Kids on the Block is practically a given, with fans following the boy band from its creation in 1984 to the band’s dissolution in 1994, 10 years of wild popularity and hit songs like “Please Don’t Go Girl,” “I’ll Be Loving You Forever,” “Step By Step” and “Tonight.”

And those same fans were aboard as Jonathan Knight, Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Danny Wood and Donnie Wahlberg reunited in 2008, with a No. 1 Billboard Top Pop Albums release of The Block, signifying the power of the group and the nostalgic yearning of its fans. In 2011-’12, a huge tour combining NKOTB and Backstreet Boys became a massive commercial success, with the NKOTBSB Tour lasting more than a year.

Since then, in addition to solo careers, New Kids on the Block has continued pushing with tours and collaborations, a concert stint in Vegas in 2014, music videos, an eighth studio album, Still Kids, and its first residency in Las Vegas, New Kids on The Block: The Right Stuff, at Dolby Live at Park MGM in 2025. That residency was so popular that it was extended to 2026 for the shows fans are raving about now. Get your tickets and be one of them!
