For Natali Tangherlini, “the pool is my office,” says the model cocktail server for GO Pool Dayclub at Flamingo. Lucky girl, we say. “From the minute we walk in to the minute we close, we’re giving the guest the best experience we can as far as service at a pool,” Tangherlini says. “Our pool is a good mixture of a dayclub and a lounge pool. We have a DJ every day. We have a party every day. I like to pretend I’m on vacation with my guests.” Again, lucky girl.

But, Tangherlini’s road to GO Pool wasn’t all luck—she’s a hard-working woman and so much more than a model cocktail server.

Born in Argentina and raised in Orange County, Calif., she majored in dance at Cal State Fullerton and in 2010, after a short stay in L.A. to pursue a dance career, she decided to move to Las Vegas where, “there was more opportunity, and I began networking and auditioning and started booking gigs,” she says. Tangherlini has also found success as a professional dancer—she’s been in Las Vegas Strip shows and, for the past two seasons, has been a Vegas Golden Knights cheerleader. She also books one to two gigs a week doing freelance dance work.

When she’s not working the dance floor, she’s at GO Pool (where the rhythm still gets her). “I’m a big goofball, so I’ll be dancing with my coworkers and guests,” she says. “I love being outside, at the pool—everyone just wants to have a good time. I feel lucky to work in such a great environment.”
